Our order process is designed with builders and retailers in mind, whether you’re submitting a product sheet or placing orders for items directly through our portal, our team is here to support you every step of the way. Builders and retailers can begin by either uploading a product sheet that includes SKUs and quantities or placing items directly through the Order Desk Portal. This flexible approach allows you to order the way that works best for your workflow.
Once we receive your order, our team will review it for accuracy, availability, and any customization requirements—such as the need for blank units or standard westpoint branded packaging and units. You'll receive a confirmation once everything has been verified.
After your order is confirmed, our team begins processing. Standard orders without customization are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. If your order includes blanks or customizations, additional handling time may apply, which will be communicated to you during confirmation.
Shipping is managed through our logistics partner, NPFG. For any questions related to delivery timelines, shipping rates, or tracking, you can contact NPFG directly or submit an inquiry through your Order Desk dashboard.
